Does hoo(key) include a warranty?

Yes! A Lifetime Warranty is provided because we believe in the strength and utility of hoo(key). The warranty covers the aluminum frame and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from abuse.

 

When can I expect to receive my hoo(key)?

We are expecting to ship out late-July 2020. We want hookey in your hands as soon as possible. 

 

What shipping options are available?

We ship via USPS First Class and Priority services.

 

Where are you located?

Our company is headquartered just 35 miles outside Chicago, IL.

Yes - we want you to make your hookey your own.  Covers and retractable keychains will be available soon.

hookey is available for shipping worldwide.  We want to make sure everyone has access to the only patented antimicrobial silicone no-touch keychain tool.
