Returns

We hope you love your hoo(key). But in case you don't - we'll send you a new hoo(key), or issue you a refund. 

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund or exchange. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, please contact us (form below) and we will be happy to assist you.
